Added the ability to add multiple email addresses in TO, CC, BCC. We've gone for the simplest implementation possible, so you can just type comma-delimited email addresses in those inputs, for example: `

For now, each field (TO, CC, BCC) is limited to 10 addresses each, to prevent people sending newsletters, spam etc.
