If you don't know what SMTP credentials are, which 99% of all people do NOT... as soon as you go to Add Channel you will get stuck or get scared.
How can we make this easier for the user? Some ideas:
  1. What if I could choose my email provider (GMail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Hey etc) and the form would get pre-filled with the correct info?
  2. What if we added a link-to-docs/video after a user selects an email provider, to explain how to get an app password from Gmail/etc?
