It's unclear to me what timezone the emails will be sent on. When I put in 8am... is it 8am server time... or 8am my time? What is "my time" anyway? What happens if I added the email while I was away on holiday, halfway around the globe? I'd love to: see the timezone of the email being sent, when I see an email; be able to see my timezone in the top-right corner (and change it if needed); or choose it when I add a new recurring email, I don't know;

If you don't know what SMTP credentials are, which 99% of all people do NOT... as soon as you go to Add Channel you will get stuck or get scared. How can we make this easier for the user? Some ideas: What if I could choose my email provider (GMail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Hey etc) and the form would get pre-filled with the correct info? What if we added a link-to-docs/video after a user selects an email provider, to explain how to get an app password from Gmail/etc?

Right now you can only add: one email in TO one email in CC one email in BCC I need to send an email to multiple people (eg. multiple people in BCC). The fastest way to implement it would be to allow me tot put multiple addresses in those inputs, with comma. The best way would be to torn those inputs into real "email address" fields where each email turns into a badge/pill that I can easily remove.
